THE SUBMISSION PROCESS
Cabbagetown Art & Crafts uses SUBMITTABLE.COM (link below this information) to process your application.
In the SUBMITTABLE form, you will be asked for your contact information. Although we ask for your business name, we do not use it to access your information in our database. Your personal name is used for our records, alphabetically by last name, so it’s important that when you contact us, you do so using your personal name rather than your business name.
Cabbagetown Art & Crafts does not make your information available to third parties and we do not sell your information to advertisers. Your information is kept confidential and secure in our system and is used only for our show.
BIOGRAPHY: Your bio should include a brief personal history, education, a listing of other shows attended and a description of your involvement with your craft. Do you look upon craft shows as a living or a hobby? (250 words max.)
DESCRIBE YOUR WORK: Please be as specific as you can about describing your work. Are there parts of the finished product that are not your personal work (i.e. Design? Decoration? Everything?). Please indicate the approximate dimensions/size of your work. (250 words max.)
PHOTOS: Your five or more photos (in .jpg format) must be of current work that will be in your booth. A picture of your booth helps greatly.
JURYING: There is a non-refundable jury fee of $28.25 (incl. $3.25 HST). The first jurying is in April, the second jurying is in June; it is important to apply early because some categories fill up quickly. You will be contacted by e-mail to let you know the status of your submission. If you are accepted, payment is by e-transfer. ENTRY FEE: $415.00 (incl.$47.74 HST)
